Back before cell phones I had a missionary companion, especially dear to my heart come into my awareness one day. It had been over a decade since we worked together. I longed to reconnect with her, but I knew that both of us had moved more than once and in that day it could be a challenge to find each other again. I did find her and this song came of it. The teddy bear on the album cover was a gift from the area in Alaska where we served and he is a reminder of the affections I have for so many loved ones I see so little of at this time of life. Thank goodness for social networking.
